"Carnival is coming" will be the image of the Santoña Carnivals 2024

Today, Friday, January 19, the Celebrations Commission has proceeded to count the votes of the three finalist posters that have been on display since Monday at the Tourist Office and whose voting has had a broader participation than in previous years.

 The Asturian, Juan Diego Ingelmo Benavente, has been proclaimed winner in this latest edition with his work ¨Llega el Carnaval¨, obtaining a total of 78 votes compared to the 48 votes received for poster number 2 and 11 for poster number 3.

 A total of 36 works were presented for this edition.

 In addition, the poster that will give the image of the Santoña 2024 Carnivals will be presented next week at FITUR, an international fair of tourism to which the mayor of Santoña, Jesús Gullart, as well as several members of the government team of the Santoña City Council will attend.
