Amigos de Chechu win the 2026 Santoña Carnival Murga Competition
In a very closely contested final, where the high level shown by all the murgas has been the hallmark of this year’s Santoña Carnival competition, the coveted victory becomes harder to achieve each year. Amigos de Chechu not only won the competition, but also swept all the special awards at stake in this 2026 edition.
