BE CARNIVAL AND MURGAS COMPETITION'S SERIES 2022.
👉 Following the conclusion of the Commission of Celebration, chaired by Councilman area, Andrés Peña Valmaseda, which took place this morning, we advertise and make official that 2022 will be carried out our Sailor Carnival🥳🤡,

as well as the Murgas Contest that could not be held in 2021 due to Covid-19.

In that Commission, in which all the political groups of our Consistory have been present, it has been agreed to celebrate the edition of our most famous party, with the rank of a party of tourist interest, after many previous conversations with the true protagonists of this party , as are the murgas, associations, clubs ... since both the City Council and they agreed to recover this celebration, of course taking extreme precautions and taking into account the indications that we receive from Public Health.
👉The Carnival will begin on February 11, with the first pass of the Murgas Contest, and will run until March 5, with the Trial at the Bottom of the Sea. Later, on March 12, Trasmerano's Day will take place.
👉From next Monday, October 4, until next Thursday, December 16, all those groups that wish to participate in the Murgas Contest, in the adult category, will be able to register in the Department of Celebrations of the Santoña City Council.
